Rick Bagley, President
Rick One of the original founders of the store has been working in the ski business since he was a teenager. Originally from New Baltimore, MI. He is one of the best stone grinders and wax technicians in the U.S. Nordic Industry. He studies grinding and has provided grinding for the NMU, Univ. Alaska, Michigan Tech teams for many years. We have lost count of all the US NCAA National Champs skiing  on his grinds. Excellent skier himself on the track and on the big hills too.

Sammy Graci Jr.
Sammy has been working at the shop since he was in high school as he skied to be the Michigan X-C Ski  Champ, when a senior in high school. He is our resident Chemist and Tech person. Sammy is also a great cyclist and cycle mechanic. Sammy is our general manager and IT guy.  Sammy is educated to a masters degree in Biochemistry and knows a lot about wax.

Mary Connor  
  Mary is our resident Exercise Physiologist working at the shop while receiving her Masters.  Mary is a late blooming athlete learning to X-C ski in her 30’s. She is one of the shop ski teachers, and is also the Yoga Instructor teaching here at the shop. She is a tri-athlete and enjoys cycling with one of the other skigals  as they try to bike tour each summer.

Stewart Joseph
Stew has been at the shop many years, and is our resident kayaker.He lives for the water summer and winter and has gone around Lake Superior and last summer was in the U.K. enjoying the “big water”  He spends a little time dabbling on skis and biking too. Stew is a graduate of Michigan Tech.
